As for the guy, I'm sure it's more that he's been rumored or known to be a pedophile but didn't actually manage to do anything to Bae. As for why he's still there, he's been there so long and is THE repair guy, it's more difficult to fire him. It's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ old school mentallity that people sometimes have, where since he's very good at his job and hasn't been actually caught doing something, he's kept around instead of fired.
