cant start the game

i just bought this game and when i start it it pops up in a small window and the cursor dissapears when i mouse over the window.
it wont let me click anything, it wont let me do anything in general except let me close the window.
ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that hasnt helped.
what should i do?

I have the same problem, its just a very tiny window and there's music on the background but that's it, and nothing i have tried solved anything

I am having the same issue. The mouse cursor doesn't work within the window. If I use the arrow keys to try and select menu items, I can highlight the items but hitting "enter" doesn't do anything. All I can do is close the window. I guess we are waiting for a patch?

so i got mine to work thanks to a friend that i live with, the game is controlled with z,x and c try hitting c when the the game is open. c is enter for this game. hope this helps you guys out!

I found that if you use the w and s keys, you can scroll through the menu, and use space to click. Hope this helps!

Same problem, Using the space bar or 'C' resolved it. Very unclear that Enter wouldn't progress into the game.

for whoever sees this in the future- if you're having the same problem there's a very simple solution

press D (down) to select "options" (you can press space or C to select or to interact with anything, forget about your mouse)

in options, turn on full screen mode and fix your resolution

start the game (again, pressing C or enter) and keep doing the same thing

it's really anooying that we all had to ask for help and figure this ♥♥♥♥ out on our own but whatever- i hope this helped someone! ^^
