But, they were friends before, and despite Mae acted like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to Bea, Bea still understood that Mae only wanted to stay on Bea's good side, not intentionally kicking Bea in the butts. Bea somehow understood Mae's brokenness, and that idea only came to full circle once Mae revealed her entire story to Bea, which made them bonded again. You can kinda see how it progresses from Bea went all out against Mae, saying how dumb and stupid Mae was since the event which Mae getting drunk at that party, to Bea not being angry at Mae after Mae just spilled Bea's party by telling the truth about Bea.
