Click Clack Diner Weather Station

Around town, I could find four weather stations you can activate by jumping repeately in front of it. i've activated three; the fouth one in on top of Click Clack Diner. Does anyone knows how to climb to the top of the diner? And does anyone knows what happens if we activate all weather stations? There are only four of them?

If you get on top of the building next door and triple jump off of it, you should be able to land on the diner? But I never tried to activate all of them & I'm not going to reset my save file to test it.

You can jump off a lamp on the pole near the diner onto a lamp on the diner's wall, then jump off it onto the diner's roof
You don't have to nail the landing on the diner lamp, just jump of the lamp on the pole, push left and mash jump.

Thanks, everyone. Jumping from the building did the trick. I've activated all four weather stations, finished the game and didn't see anything related to them...

Did you go with Angus to Possum Jump?

Ah, no, I didn't. I could only do graveyard and historical society. Then the game moved foward. I'll assume both things are connected for my second playthorugh. Thanks for clarifying this for me :)
