Getting on top of Angus and Gregg's apartment building

On the day of the church opening up, having fun bounding around the unlocked areas, but I can't get on to the roof of Angus and Gregg's apartment. I sometimes get close enough to the door to be able to see there's an open interaction, but...yeah. IS there a way to get up, or at least, yet? Can I climb higher in this area yet? So many questions!

Yeah, you can just go inside the building and access the roof from there, but that only becomes available in the later stages of the game.

In one of the later days Gregg will tell you himself that they've fixed the door on his roof. Then you can just walk in the apartment and go up the stairs.
