How many hours for a normal playthrough (not completionist or speedrun)

There are some posts on this already, like this one. There is no real "normal playthrough" – that all depends on you!

Copy-pasting my answer(s) from this post on the subreddit:

I think it totally depends… are you going to rush through it or take your time exploring every nook and cranny and just running around, or somewhere in between?

I can't seem to find it, but iirc someone said to expect at least 4–5 hours at minimum.

And then some updates:

I'm 5 hours in and just finished part 1.

This guy finished in 10 hours.

Finished my playthrough around 8 hours, but I didn't do too much searching around the environments. I didn't talk to most of the townspeople on daily basis besides Mae's parents or Selma. I also had to restarted the game multiple times due to multiple soft-lock bugs.

I've been looking at everything and talking to everyone each day (Not necessarily a completionist run, I just REALLY love the story it's weaving) and I'm only 8 hours in, only on part 2 still.
