Stable Orbit 2.0 (Or Sequel)

So I check back periodically to see if any developments happened for the game and everything about the new version has been removed from discussions (Google cache from 6th feb this year still had them)

So I'm curious if the dev is giving up on a updated version, I actually haven't played this current version because it was said the next version will be better in all ways etc so didn't want to play this version and spoil the fun, Still bought the game to support dev, So hope dev is still working on it

Edit: This was the rough timeline for the new and improved version of the game (Complete rewrite etc)

Alpha - summer 2021
Beta - late 2021 / early 2022
Release - 2023

Yep, that was the plan... and then COVID-19 happened and mucked everything up. :(

I really appreciate that you bought Stable Orbit just to support me. Truly means a lot! At this point in time, though, I don't know if or when I will be able to resume development on the new game.

or soon. You know you can get a steam thing that says realease on: ... with no buying. That would allow you to describe it, have a place for updates, even sell pre-releases. An example is: Kerbal Space Program 2.0

If you look, it says that it will be released (2022 sometime), but you can't buy it. However, it has a place to show information. You can also make a demo availeble without the full version. Just an idea though!

Now that things are going back to normal, that may change again. Can't make any promises yet, though.

When do you think a steam page will be there, even if it is a page that just has "Release date: TBD"? Then, you can put news up, we can fowllow the progress, and when you have the basics, you can make a free demo!
