In fact, its quite simple : the more blood is the first button, as blood sticks on buttons : the last is the one with the less blood.

Yeah, I saw the darker blood on 3 and thought it was pressed twice, so kept going through combinations of 3378

Ngl I couldn't even see the 6 I'm freaking blind that it had blood, looked like rust to me.

I am so glad I did not bother to try the combinations, also did not interpret the 6 as having blood. What a waste of lifetime troll puzzle.
