Fiering the deck gun

So I have a ship approx 1000m in front of me, the deck crew is on deck, but they won t fire at it? In SH4 you could take direct control of the gun crew can we still do that?

yes all you have to do is walk up and click on it

how do you get on the deck of the u-boat or is that a mod?

You can use the deck gun. Go to the left rear of the tower and there is a ladder down the side. This took me a while to figure out as well. you may have to play around with it a bit, but it is there.

and u can told ur crew to attack enemy ship. Just turn on binoculars and press space on enemy (work when u send crews on gun with 1th oficer speach menu).

When firing the deck gun with the binoculars, is there any way to clear the target ship from the deck gun?
