Observation Periscope not going all the way down

The only thing I can think of is if you are trying to lower it while you are looking through it because it will not lower all the way while you are doing that. You have to stop using it and lower it with the keyboard shortcuts for it to go all the way down. Since it sinks into the floor.

It is not necessary to do this with the attack periscope. It will go all the way down while looking through it.

How do you find out the keyboard shortcuts I couldnt see any listed in the game itself or am I missing it?

There is of course a PDF file on the DVD...as also it should have been installed together with the steam version, but sometimes the qualtity isn't that good...

Edit... also the F1 key should bring up all the commands and shortcuts... good mods have them commands implemented into the F1 menu too...
