enemy submarines

Hi, does anyone know if there are enemy submarines in SH3,4 or 5?

sh5, yes!. in game atm Oct 1940 and british subs operating outside Lorient / Bay of Biscay area as per radio message

wow, that's cool. Looking forward to playing sh5 then. Ended up buying the collection so can choose any of the 4 games. I must say i have no clue how to use the navigation stuff lol, but anyway it seems like a nice challenging game.

sh3 was good for the time; sh5 is super with the added mods from subsim.com; real navigation etc take the game to an unprecented level. watch a bit of 'das boot' then do a patrol, heheh it'll rock ur socks off!!!

Sorry for hijacking, but since you bought the collection, Spazukker, can you tell me if the Silent Hunter 5 in the Silent Hunter Collection is the Gold / Collector Edition (since they might be the same) or just another edition?

mmm, not exactly, all i can say is that i don't see any gold words written anywhere under sh5 so i presume its just the normal edition and it's v1.2.0. Hope that helps.
