updating SH5 to version 1.2.0.
i think i have to update my SH5 to version 1.2.0. to instal wolves of steel mod, this will be the first
mod i've instaled on this game, do i have to make a fresh reinstal ? so confused at the moment.

fresh install - use CC Cleaner to remove all traces of the previous version. then install WoS. I got silent hunter 5 last week and didn't have any trouble upgrading to wolves of steel. the newest version is compatible with the steam version and does a conversion through the install.....there's also reams and reams of advice over at subsim. good luck and hope you get it working as it's pretty awesome. :steamhappy:
