the next big thing i'm waiting on is u-boot.
Though it is important to note that they don't seem to be going for solo play at the current moment, coop seems the only way from the information provided(Please correct me if the devs have said something otherwise). I really do hope they will allow for solo play in the future though(I suck at the Silent Hunter series so I am more of a detriment to the crew. Though MP may give me that kick to actually improve so I can enjoy sub games to their fullest extent).
There is even a demo you can play of a much earlier build when they were planning it as a fictional Swedish submarine game.
Right now that is our only hope for sub games in the future(Other than the one mentioned above).
You can check out their site here: http://www.wolfpackgame.com/video.php
what's the base game requirements (SH5) ? looks good i run SH3 and quite franky i'm sick of being the only one getting dept charged,i'd like to see a game based on the Red October movie, but combat was just exercises in the Cold War,besides i think the Silent Hunter series doesn't appeal to a wide market so i doubt we'll ever see another one as Ubisoft seems to have forgotten how to make great games
It isn't really very intensive so much PC's can run it.
really? its been shut down. sh5 mmo? isnt that the silent hunter online? its been shut down. Ubisoft is the greatest devcompany in the whole wide world. I bet everyone here agrees with that, i mean, what can i say, ubi, ubercompany,. hehh, fkkkkkk, haahhhh
Considering IL-2 has had numerous releases since it parted with Ubisoft, I would think that it wouldn't matter in the slightest if Ubisoft would go bankrupt in that aspect.
Though I would love for the SH franchise to go to someone else, Ubisoft will just sit on it for however long the company will last (Excluding something like a mobile game, unfortunately).
I can't wait for Candy Crush: Silent Hunter for iPhone 7s. Now you can hunt for British destroyers on your way from work in the SUBway.
