Can't Special Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon?
Hey just pulled a Chaos Emperor Dragon and have been hoping to try him out. But for whatever reason I can't special summon him even though I have a dark and light monster in my graveyard. There's nothing on the field or in the graveyard to prevent this. I've tried three duels now. Still doesn't work.

Is this bugged or am I missing something?

you can't use any other effects in the turn you use chaos emperor dragon,, basically has to be the first and last thing you do.

Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your GY
The best help would be if you just upload video. I think u r trying to do something wrong
