Report a translation problem
Rules:
A card is destroyed when it is sent to the Graveyard due to battle between monsters or by an effect that destroys a card. A card that is returned from the field to the hand or Deck, or, that is sent to the Graveyard as a cost or Tribute, is NOT considered “destroyed.”
I'm not seeing any ruling it works that way

I'm only seeing it remaining on the field uselessly if the monster is flipped upside down by a card effect and that breaks the connection.
Call of the Haunted is a continued trap card that stay on the field all the time.
The special is, it get destroyed when the monster who got revived is destroyed.
Tribute is not a destruction, so the special effect does not come into effect.
