1) Use an overpowered deck like Exodia FTK (First Turn Kill). If you need, I can send you a decklist or you can find one online. The basic goal is to go first and win before your opponent even has a chance to react by using broken combos with banned cards.
2) Augment an existing deck with cards to counter her, or make a new one. For example, "Breakthrough Skill" is great for nullifying annoying effects twice, and "Dimensional Fissure" can be a great tech to prevent graveyard effects. Also, some archetypes like Lightsworn tend to do well into Vampires, or even just a newer deck. I was able to sweep every single AI with my Speedroid, Dinomist, and Lunalight decks as they (especially GX and older decks) cannot keep up with the power of Pendulum and Synchro/XYZ summons.
3) Use cards from the ban list. Make sure you have cards like "Raigeki" (free wipe of all opponent's monsters), "Pot of Greed", and "Harpie's Feather Duster" to destroy all enemy Spells & Traps. Monster Reborn is nice to resurrect either player's monster and Special Summon it. You get the point; a ton of these banned cards are available in the Story Mode, and Camula will use some against you too.
These tips should hopefully help against Camula (and any other tough AI you encounter!) Feel free to shoot me a friend request/send another message if you need help. Cheers! :
