worth it for the singleplayer only?

is this game worth it for the singleplayer mode only? or should i just play ygopro?

I suggest you buy a rope. A rope has more uses, is bug free and comes in many varieties. Depending on the rope it might be cheaper than this game. My personal rope is green, but I saw a beige rope at least ones in my life. The story mode in this game is only worth it for the most hardcore fans of yugioh, but you don't need to like anything to enjoy a good rope.

Now YGOPRO has a bunch of issues as well. For starters it does not interact well with your rope, but that is okay. It's a simulation of a card game, why would you want it to interact with your new rope? The biggest thing ypopro has over this crappy game is that you can save up more money to buy yourself a rope.

TLDR, get yourself a rope instead of this game.

Single Player is pretty entertaining for me. I'd say go for it.

the single player is great, you can play against a good amount of people retelling a good portion of the anime. you can either choose to use your own deck or use the deck that the character used for that deck (with some additions to fill in the deck). there e is also a another section where you can duel other deck archetypes which tend to be more challenging at time. the cards are locked away in booster packs which you use in game money to buy. they have a lot of dlc which unlocks one duel each and i think adds cards to he game as well. in japan they released a updated game for the switch which changes the banlist, adds more cards and story battles, the port throws in the dlc for the game. so if you have a switch you might want to look into that more.
