What are the Signature Cards for?
like the subjects says i dont have a clue what these signature cards are for and google doesnt comes up with an explanation either

are you asking what each character signature cards are? they are what the characters played when they were in the anime, some card do not exist so the deck is adjusted to be as close to what they are in the show. some of the more iconic monsters have special attack animations.

yes that is his ace monster when he became a dark signer in the anime, you can use it in the decks you make yourself....
