Rip this purchase

Bought this when I started playing duel links on my phone a year ago, well now duel links is on steam and free XD rip 20 dollars. I'm sure you hardcore purists prefer this dull version of the game though, to each their own

Wouldn’t say I’m a purist but I do enjoy this more for the 5x5 slot count and how it plays pretty much like OG Yu-Gi-Oh minus the Synchro’s, XYZ and Pendulem’s.

I too enjoy Duel Links but I play that when I’m on the go this Legacy of The Duelist is for when I just want to chill and play standard Yu-Gi-Oh.

But that’s just my 2cents on the subject, I personally think this is still worth the purchase price though the DLC’s price all together is a bit much.

Duel links is the blitz version without all that synchro/xyz/ what have-you-convoluted crap that yugioh is nowadays

Most players who don´t linke the newer summon methods dislike them because they sped up the game. So why would those players prefer a blitz version that is even more sped up?

Duel links has an auto duel option for the throw away duels. Does this game have that option or something similar?

Duel links has a lot of nostalgia behind it too, with it being mostly played with the season 1 characters and cards up through gx, but mainly good ol' yugioh that a lot of us grew up with, i have hundreds of old cards and never got to play much

4k LP 20-30 card decks 3 monster/spell/trap zones, hence why i called it a blitz yugioh XD

That would make sense if Duel Links was slower paced, but because of the 4000LP a duel it is actually faster than Legacy.

dude for me this one beat link anytime just for the PTW in the legacy there is no PAy To Win you can make whatever deck you want

And have no one to play with and nothing to do in the game? I've not put a single cent into duel links and I've managed to collect a good amount of cards, it feels rewarding in duel links to open packs and get new cards, legacy throws thousands of cards at you and you just dont care lol

I have no doubt my collection in Legacy is bigger than yours in Links :P

Me either, its pathetically easy to get cards, no fun

I have no doubt that it felt more rewarding earning these cards in duel links than it did in legacy.
