[bug] Card "appropriate" not working...I think

Card text "activate only when your opponent draws a card(s), except during their draw phase." I set it the turm before and then activate dark world dealings, which forces the opponent to draw a card then discard a card, yet I didn't have the option to activate it. What the hell is up? Am I missing something?

For this card, in order to even activate it in the first place, the last, LAST thing to happen must be the opponent drawing a card. Dark world dealings says that each player draws a card (first thing to happen) and then discards a card (last thing to happen). So because it didn't satisfy this condition, Appropriate cannot be activated.
You can try the card 'hand destruction' if youre interested in trying to get appropriate to work. A good amount of cards in that link also work. Dragged down into the grave is similar to dark world dealings.
