Also, there is nothing in the text of Parasite Paracide that indicates that its effect can't resolve from the graveyard and it's effect clearly is activated when it's targeted.
Judges said it´s the official ruling.
I THINK it is because the steps for flip effect activations during battle have always to be 1. attack 2. flip effect activation 3. destruction. Which doesn´t interfere with effects like Magician of Faith or most other flip effect monsters which go directly to the graveyard after the activation.
Yeah they even show that happening in the anime.
