Deck never seems shuffled?

Like alot of duels i end up with all monsters or spells and my deck is balanced with 40 cards i have used this deck in other games but in this one swear i just crammed as many cards with the hands i get

rng is rng, this is true random, it's the difference between when you shuffle irl and when a random number generator truly randomly shuffles it.
