The company that developed this game only has the eu/na rights / bought only those -> may not be played outside... thats the only explanation as yugioh is kinda a worldwide trademark overall
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation (Android game) is available worldwide and it's from same company.
I still don't know why this game is different.
But still, Duel Generation that uses TCG ruleset is available worldwide, not just America/Europe (I can download and play it on my phone), but not this game, despite from same developer.
Just buy this game from ur friends from another country (steam gift)
