So how do card collecting work?
SO since i didnt see on the side bar anything about In-Game purchases, am I to assume that every card in the card shop can be bought in game , no real money required? I may pick this up assuming reviews are good, as I know nothing about this game other then I was a fan of the card game and played religiously when i was a lil boy.

Well considering there is about $85 worth of DLC it might be that Konami is hoping people will buy the game and all the DLC to earn them some money. Though it's always a possibility there is a F2P model in the game to earn cards and they might introduce Micro Transactions to push the more impatient gamers to buy the cards faster.

Though this is all speculation based on me being cynical.

All cards are earned ingame through in game money. No mircotransactions. However certain cards are locked to dlcs, meaning you have to buy all the dlc if you want to collect every single card in the game.

So everyone will eventually all have the same cards to play with , with base game and dlc. I wonder how many cards in the game total? I wished there was a formatt where you can add cards via code like the old GBA game. But I digress.

How many cards without DLC? I can't find that anywhere, which makes me nervous :(

Oh wow, that's not actually as bad as I thought. Not sure exactly how many cards that is but in all honesty, I'm not a fan of the newer cards. Loved the game when I was younger though. I was nervous when people said DLC exclusives and I saw things like Joey's Red Eyes deck in there. Thanks :)
