Why is this game worst than Tag Force 2 graphics/animations-wise?
I just watched a lot of lets plays for this but i noticed that its missing a lot of the card animations and effects. Why doesnt this game have them? Being 9 years newer than yu-gi-oh tage force 2 on the psp. Its the monster animations are bad in comparison. Its missing the character models which and dueling dialogues which i found to be pretty good, feels like you are actually dueling them.

And then this one doesnt even have the booster pack opening animations. Why??

Do you mean the annoying animations that show your character do mundane things such as drawing a card? Why would you want to waste time looking at the same 5 animations over and over again?

was on yugioh online duel accelerator like this, after couple of duels it started to annoy me so i disabled it.

You can play with traditional decks, which most Yugioh games wont allow that alone was the reason i bought it. Also only dumb people want more animations to waste their time/life...

The reason why Tag Force is good is not your reason.

Plus do you really want Gadget Hauler's animation in the game? I mean who the ♥♥♥♥ actually used that card? I had a Morphonics deck and never used it.

Theres that and then the lack of immersion of games. Its just an electronic version of the card game. I would like to be able to walk around a game world and then taking people on. And visit actual card shops and opening the booster packs.

Will the future games have any of those? Or will they be exactly like this one?

And i dont know what you guys are talking about. The card animations are awesome. Like the monsters that actually appear out of the cards. Those in tag force games look much more nicer than the ones in this game.

That sounds even worse. As if repetitive animations aren't enough, you want to replace menus with a walking simulator.

The whole selling point of Tag Force was to have "Vagabound"(AKA: You the Player character) ♥♥♥♥ your favorite Waifu/Hasubando.
Just look up Mina Simmington's ending in Tag Force 5.
not really, though. That's just how I explain Tag Force to the masses

The problem with the character models is that in the US version they don't speak, unlike in the JPN version so it makes those sequences really unecessary

I've played all of the Tag Force games minus the ARC-V one because Vita sales are ♥♥♥♥ in the US and its PSN only so I'm not wasting an account just to get a single game.

Now the real plus about Tag Force is that it had the best Yugioh UI. Back then we had Tag Force UI, which was nice and clean that YGO pro as Legacy of the Duelist or the cluttered awful mess that were the DS games.

I didn't mind the whole walking around sequence that much as you had oppertunities to get cards and packs from characters that want your ♥♥♥♥, which helps with collecting. As well as those tournaments that happened that gave you a ♥♥♥♥ ton of cash or a handful of rare cards.
I mean play Tag force 4 or 5 and team up with Tsun Dire as she ran a Six Samurai deck and your pretty much guaranteed to win.

The music was much nicer than LotD, GX had a more jazz emphasis and 5D's was more techno/rock emphasis

If you wanted to just duel there's an option for that as well amd options to remove the animations entirely, but at this point in time the only Tag Force game to play is Arc-V and even that is outdated by now.

The few animations this game has are already to much. Initially they are cool but after seeing them a handful times you just want to skip them. If it would have more animations the game would be almost to annoying to play. If I want to see animations I'll watch the anime.

They could have done it like in some of the DS games. Where you just have 3D models on the field. That didn´t slow down the gameplay.

All the character animations can be skipped. But even if we are just talking about the card animations and effects. It looks so much nicer in that game. And you can also set the animations speeds. Like the card shuffling. In this game, the shuffling is kinda slow.

This game is just too 'plain'.
