I can't unlock Shay duelist challenge

Shay wont unlock as a challenge duelist no matter how many times I beat him or his reverse duels in campaign. does anyone know if I'm just missing something? and considering I paid for this DLC If this is a glitch anyone know how to contact tech support for help?

Same thing happened to me with Sora Perse. Bought Sora and Dipper DLC, beat him in campaign and reverse mod and Sora just won't unlock as duelist challenge.

You dont have Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist

That's inaccurate. I do have it. The base game + Duelist Kingdom/Sora and Dipper DLCs.

I've beaten him and reverse duel but shay and dennis still are locked

I've had a similar problem, actually. The Arc-V version of Crow isn't unlocking even though I have that DLC and won that duel from both sides. Is there a fix for this?

This happened to me with jaden.I have completed the gx campaign including the dlc and all reverse duels. have contacted konami, doubt they can help but will let you know if anything happens
