hmm i don't believe there is one most people generally post their decks but everyone usually has a specific build unless it's very competitive and they look more alike. I would try Pojo i think it's called generally they have a nice thing that you might be looking for but i've always done my own and found ,y own techs. Try pojo and see if that helps :)

I think the original creator made this in a way of creating a deck acording to the heart of the cards. Since people now a days don't duel by this method they duel for the win. So you're going to see a lot of powerful almost instant wins in a single turn.

It's no longer about fun and strategy.

Speaking of fun, you can create a couple of decks and then set a rulle when dueling a friend. 1 deck could have low level monsters and 1 may have high level. 1 deck could contain no spells 1 could contain no traps.

Yeah sorry I'm pretty old school and gave up kind of when the time they released the Jaden Yugioh GX series. Pretty much when every cheater and dark hearted noob came out of the wood work. Back in the day when I played with real cards I remember shaking my opponents hand, swapping decks to do a friendly shuffle. Can you say the same?

Okay, just curious - what does "heart of the cards" actually mean for you? Because I think, I see what you mean, and you should give Arc-V a try, cuz they have a similar idea, but using modern cards. Is good.

I also think you're in the wrong environment for what you're looking for. I play with my friends almost every weekend. We run multiple strong near-meta decks (okay I didn't know majespecters were meta before I got them, but someone had to start Pendumuling sooner or later!) like Dark World, Exodia, Melodias, Blackwings, Ritual Chaos Dragon, Magnets, Madolche, Lightsworn, Ghostricks etc. But you are online and you want to duel with random people in a strict win-centric environment with no card limitations. Of course it's going to be competitive and about winning, unless you're playing with people that are testing their real-life-fun decks. Every PvP games evolves into that at some point - Heartstone, Starcraft, Overwatch (wow all blizzard.. but you get the idea) League/DOTa.

Also... Well... Yeah I can say that. People still shuffle/cut each others decks and shake hands after a duel in tournaments.
Topdecks has all the tournament winning decks. I would check them out.
