Maxx C?
I'm not a complete noob but I read that maxx c allows you to draw a card for every special summon the turn it activates. I did 2 special summons on a turn and see the card get activated but I don't draw another card.

it´s allow you to draw cards if the oppenent special summon

Its on your oppenent special summon. if they summon 2 monsters or more in one special then it only counts as 1

That seems broken and incorrect. Unless youre talking about pendulum summoning, then that counts as one special summon?

...each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s)[/], immediately draw 1 card.

That means if you use the effect of a single card to SS a bunch of monsters you only draw 1
