Issues Starting Game - Win 10 Pro
Does anyone have any idea why after I installed new parts in my PC this game will suddenly not launch? It literally goes to a blank white screen that doesn't disappear no matter how long I leave it for. And before you recommend the Windows 7 or 8.1 remedies, I am running Windows 10. It's sorta irritating because I want to play again.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x
RAM: 16 gb
Graphics Card: R7 370
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

RESOLVED: I had to go into the VC Redist Folder and click the repair button on it. Works beautifully now.

So I tried playing again after I had managed this fix, it's still not working. Any ideas anyone?

Uninstall the program totally making sure you deletd the game folder after uninstall if game folder was left there then reboot pc then reinstall and also make sure you got correct chipset drivers installed from amd and bios update.

Bios update should not be needed as it doesnt interfere with anything game wise or windows but may fix something

I've tried this actually a few times. Seems to be a common issue with Windows 10 Pro for users. Thanks regardless

im on windows 10 pro so ya i had some issues randomly but cannot remmeber how i fixed it if i ever did.

I am having the same problem.
The game starts, in windowed mode, and on a blank screen.
I do not hear any music.
It used to work in my old PC from 2009, but not in this new laptop that I bought last august 2017 (MSI GE63VR 7RE Raider)

I've actually gone so far now as to email Konami. From what they've told me, they are trying to figure out the root cause on it to prevent it from happening further. If I get any updates I'll let you know

I've actually gone so far now as to email Konami. From what they've told me, they are trying to figure out the root cause on it to prevent it from happening further. If I get any updates I'll let you know

I can give the details of my laptop and operating system to them so they can search for common issues and fix the problem

Sure, I'll include thee URL on this post. I just submitted a ticket under PC, other game, then typed in Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of the Duelist. They haven't messaged in a bit so I may check up today. Hope we can all find a solution
