You're free to ignore the banlist in single player, and the first player not drawing has been in place for a few years.
Also thanks for the advice, works great!!
If someone invites you to a player's match, you're allowed to use a deck with banned cards against them.
Also, the key words regarding all that spamming of monsters from the deck to the hand/ or the field/ and the graveyard are "Special Summon". Try collecting the cards that prohibit Special Summoning, I've found there's usually not much either the AI or human players can do about them, when they're caught off guard.
edit: Plus, I'd try to prevent enemy monsters from going to the graveyard, with Dimensional Fissure and Macro Cosmos.
Holding Arms seems to negate any monster's eff, no matter how overpowering

Thx for the tips, i finally beated Yusei by using a Blue-eyes deck + a card that gives me control of the opponent synchro. Made it painful, used his own stardust for the last attack HEHEHE SUFFER AT THE HAND OF YOUR OWN MONSTER YUSEI!!!
I'd just use something like Vanity's Fiend/Ruler. They block special summons, Fiend for both sides, Ruler for only your opponent. Though Fiend requires only one tribute, whereas Ruler needs two.
You're welcome.
