Strategy
1) Use performapal to draw cards
2) Use sorcerer to draw cards by destroying pendulum cards
3) your draco are good for synchro/XYZ
4) you performapal give you great scales to do at least 1 or 2 summons (except lizardraw + guiaturtle...those 2 are meant to draw 2 cards at the same time)
5) use your extra deck to remove/destroy annoying stuff in your opponents field

Herald of Perfection is not even close to be meta, once you're out of resources to negate you're screwed plus kaijus monsters can get rid of him xD

i agree that herald is not meta, personnaly i would add mermails, cyber dragon and dark syncro decks, and maybe infernoid is a good tier 2 too

But how many effects do you have to waste on him to ged rif of him? He can be annoying.
