Edit; also, make sure you have all filters off. so you're not looking for, say; only spells.
try removing all those cards in your deck with the yellow warning thing, see if that somehow makes your cards re-appear. I'm not sure what else it could be tbh.. never experienced anything like this before :/

No, I would immedately edit deck after leaving the shop. I've entering and exiting the edit menu and dueling. Lost points and still no cards.
And again, if the problem does persists submit a bug report... but once again i highly doubt the devs will help you, let alone can even get any help by talking about it in this topic. Like we admitted earlier, this may be a new bug but pretty much nobody here has experienced it before besides the cards not saving.
