I would recommend it to anyone who's reading this..
Played the entire series. It would be a good idea but very unlikely.
6 and special alone Konami refused to publish in the west because of the illegal duel app situation and other legal concerns.
It was a fantastic series and a great shame it's gone.
I would say look out for a new one, why? Because a new yugioh series is starting and special came out for psp and PSVITA so there may be another portable game fingers crossed. Will it see the west? If one comes out I would say no but anything is possible given the critical Konami situation and duel links is doing well too.
