u get cyber dragons from syrus. I try to build one cyber dragon at the moment too, but there are some dlc cards i need but i am not going to buy any dlc here :D

Also, Cyber Dragon Infinity[yugioh.wikia.com] is in the Zuzu Boyle Boosters. It's easy to unlock that booster because the ARC-V campaign without DLCs has only 1 episode xD!!
