HELP NEEDED! Went to the exterior and can't find the way back.

I went for the medicines for Mikhaila, through one of the conteners in the cargo bay. Now, I can't see the way back. I have the location marked with my main quest marker, but closest I can get is around 30 meters, there are way too much stuff on the way and it's dark af. Anyone has a video of someone returning to this entrance from the room with medicine? Or maybe knows some specific things to look out for when returning?

Haha oh no. Press V for the flashlight to get out of the immediate area, then get some distance from the station and it should be easier to find your way back in.

Actually, I just went back to where Elazar and her people were, then to the life support and then back to mikaila. Still have no idea how could I go back the way I came, but problem solved.
