Tech Officer is a Kettle? (0_0)

My task "The Repo Man" In it I have to "Hunt down and disable Dahl's Tech Officer, who hiding." Ive follow the mark, and it leads me to the kettle. And its just the teapot. I can't destroy it, I can't interact with it, i can just pick it up and throw it.
I did not understand, is it a glitch? Or that should it be? What should I do now? lol

The Tech Officer is the Flying Corrupted Tech Robot. At me it was in the Machine Room (No Idea if this is Random). After i shot this Tech Robot down it ended and i was guided to the next point (Preventing Dahl from killing Alex)

Sometimes the tracker can be bugged. It's not the kettle it just bugged the marker

I believe the locations are randomised, and the tracker only gives you a clue about the rough location of where the Tech Officer is -- you'll still need to look around and actually find him in the area that the tracker is pointing to.

I saw it through some screenshot from other people, the marker was really set at a teakettle or other objects instead of the real target. Is a bug which never happened to me. No clue what do occurs this problem and how to fix it.

Well, probably fix it by do a new fresh run but yeah, all progress lost isnt fun.

On my second run, I had the marker set at a blank location outside the station, so I just flew around the ended up finding the Tech Officer, so maybe just look around the area the teakettle is in just in case.

If you get into Dahl's shuttle and listen to William Yu's instructions he tells you where the tech operator is. The location is random per game, but I do not set the tracker until I hear that message.
