Achievements not unlocking (Facsimile)

I beat the game once and was going to start trying to go for some achieves, and i decided to look and see what im missing and i noticed im missing a main story one, started a new game + and its not unlocking. I've checked the file integrity reloaded the save and tried a few times, restarted the game tried again. I did stumble upon a post saying sometimes they work sometimes they dont, is there any way to guarantee they will work? is there a fix i can do

Did you come as close as possible and look at january when he talk about himself who he is and what he will do for you and maybe you need press a button to let him talk more.

i kept pressing x over him (xbox remote) even after the conversation ended, i am using family sharing and did earn a few before but replaying and seeing what i missed this is a non missable i missed on my first playthrough and going back im having trouble getting it.

What do you mean with family sharing? More people who play Prey at one gameinstallation?

Also, i think you need to replay the game, dont worry, get first other archievements and when finished most of them you can do new run to get the last few archievement include facisimile.

Also, i think you need to replay the game, dont worry, get first other archievements and when finished most of them you can do new run to get the last few archievement include facisimile.

Family sharing on steam me and my girl live together she bought it played it for an hour never touched it again. But achievements work with family sharing.

This is the "replay", it is on new game plus i was just going to play for fun and get them along the way, but it seems i may need to track them to ensure theyre unlocking. T_T

I didnt know sharing was possible.

For example, at one run "mixed signals" never starts, another new run it works fine. Thats why i say you probally need new run. I am doing my last new run to get "noneedles" archievement, it is the last archievement i need to get 100%.

i finally figured it out. when you unlock a secret achieve and compare to global, the ones you unlocked have text under them, so its easy to keep track of. i did unlock fascimile but because im using family sharing it says i dont own the game and does not reveal the secret text even though i unlocked the achievement.
