How to get wrench back in weapon wheel

I accidentally dropped the wrench from my inventory and then picked it back up. I can assign a number to call the weapon but it's been missing from the middle mouse weapon wheel ever since. How do I get it back on that wheel?

Try to verify the integrity of the game files and find another wrench and get it. I don't know how else I can help, sorry.

Try to favorite it from your inventory screen

I Use controller so dont know the keyboard buttons But Yes you need to make the wrench favorite. In inventory at wrench > menu> favorite.
