Power Plant Monitoring Room

Is there a way to shut off the power in there? I don't see anything to fix, or any monitors controlling the power.

I think there are some fans outside the room that has a metal bar stuck in one of them that you have to remove.

Think that's in Life support, not Power plant.

Yeah, that stuck fan is in Life Support. I just got around the room with the GLOO Gun; seems like that's enough to get everything in the room

If it’s the room I’m thinking of I think it opens at a specific thing in the story. But I might be thinking of a different place.
