Repair certainly helps as it makes your repair kits go a lot farther. There aren't many things you need to repair but there are a few if you are a completionist. I ended up maxing these.
Also, take the neuromod that allows you to harvest typhon organ material. If you do, you won't have issues on the typhon material side of things. I don't regret getting it.
Me too. I really appreciated having Hacking IV in some point of the run haha.
Hacking 2 is cheap: Hacking 1 only costs 1 mod, Hacking 2 pays for itself, because you recover the 4 neuromods it costs by hacking the safe in the Psychotronics lobby.
Beyond that is really player preference.
