Unable to get to the command shuttle because the elevator to the command tower is powered down.

The power to the elevators in Shuttle Bay seems to be off, so I'm unable to t get to the command tower to access the shuttle. Is there a way to power them back on that I'm not seeing? I can't find anything on Google either. All guides for this mission already have the power working for some reason.

you have to power the elevators yourself. this is done in one of the terminals.

I believe you can gloo yourself up if you dont mind doing the gruelling task
