So I know there are many different outcomes with Dahl, and I have experienced almost all of them. But I have a question about one.

So, after you perform the "apto-regressive neurotomy" on dahl, he says he will go to his shuttle. The QUESTION IS: If he makes it there before you do, will he hear the message from W. Yu and turn on you? It's something I've always wondered.

No, because he doesn't actually go there until you trigger the self-destruct, and when he does he's accompanied by every surviving NPC and in a hurry to take off, and so he doesn't check it.
