Can you undo a neuromod?

I put 1 into hacking before seeing how awful the minigame was. Now I need to remove it and put it into something more fun.

I don't think so. Also there is a mod that clears the obstacles from the hacking view.

Nope. Its still possible to get past certain doors etc without using the hacking ability

You end up with a ton of neuro-mods just by exploring so I wouldn't sweat it.

you can eventually craft more neuromods through the replicators.
1 Organic, 2 Synthetic, 2 Mineral and 3 Exotic Material
after you've crafted a number of neuromods (10-15, I forget how many exactly) the recipe gets locked. you get a quest to unlock it again.. after you've done so you can craft however many you want!

Removing a neuromod would have pretty significant repercussions according to the game lore. :-) It'd be like starting the game over (well almost)...which I suppose is a form of removing all your neuromds.
