Can't get to Reactor Control

I've been doing the Reboot quest, I've gone to the powerplant, the door was locked so I backtracked and eventually checked a walkthrough, it told me to kill the technopath in the Water Treatment Facility but there is no technopath there, what do I do.

Ya there is, its literally floating around. There should be a vent to get you on one of the balconies of the Water Treatment. You'll see some phantoms aswell. If you already killed it previously before getting to that part ... Just turn on the power and the door will be fine.

I killed all the Voltaic Phantoms, and I'm looking all over the ceiling and I can't see this thing, I'll try looking some more but I don't know how well that will work.

Still no Technopath, I've turned the power on but the door is still locked.

ok check one of the rooms around that floor if it spawned in there

No Technopaths on that floor, I think there was one outside the station, but I'm not sure.

it is supposed to be in the water treatment section

the technopath must be somewhere in this location. maybe not in the water treatment section, but somewhere nearby or even far away, but since the quest says "kill it", it means that somewhere the technopath spawned! search the entire location and separately carefully the water treatment section, it can also be on the bridges (you need to look up in the water treatment section), it can hide somewhere there ...

Hey, not sure if you're still having trouble. But I just did this part, and I assume you mean you don't know how to unlock the door with all the big blue tanks in the room that leads to the reactor, right? If so, to the left of the door there's some fire, and there's a body partially in the wall with a key card on him to unlock the door leading to the reactor.

Yeah, the farthest I've gotten into the powerplant is the security station, I read something about scanning the locked door with the Psychoscope, but nothing is coming up.

Also I haven't the quest doesn't say kill it yet, it just says "access the reactor control room"

Just got Hacking Two and unlocked it from the security station.
