Any chance for a sequel or another DLC?

One of the best games I have played in my life, so far. Both Main Game and DLC have been VERY, I mean it, very entertaining. Are there any hopes for a sequel or another DLC?

100% agreed op. Right now there has been no news but the official prey twitter is still active which is odd as usually game specific social media pages usually shut down or get changed to a new game/IP so the fact that its still up does give some hope
I dont think they will add anymore dlc but a sequel is definitely in question. Its up to bethesda and arkane. Deathloop is due to release this year so who knows

Yeah, last time they released Dishonored and Prey together same week, if I am not mistaken. Let's hope it comes out together with Deathloop or later on.

Man, I have just heard that the guy who wrote the plot for Prey and the DLC has left the company. This is not a good sign.

I want the Prey 2 as well, but don't see anyone with a broom on the horizon. After Bethesda being acquired by Microsoft, it seems, there is no hope for this game coming out in this century.

I think Prey 2017 ended up suffering more than benefiting from the name. Speaking for myself I didn't even sniff at this game due to the shenanigans concerning Prey 2, it was only a chance youtube suggestion that got me interested and had me find out Prey 2017 was actually a fantastic game. If it had been called Neuro Shock (fitting as it's a far better successor to System Shock 2 than any Bioshock outing has been) or literally anything else I'd wager it would have fared better.

Prey has been added as an FPS Boost title for the Xbox Series X|S, so it will be interesting to see if this generates any further interest in the game.

Didn't they get rid of Chris Avelleone? Hopefully Prey 2 is written by someone on his level.

There are not so many people like this guy, who could handle the internals of game development studios, make their story the plot and eventually have the great games released. Take Half-Life, for instance. It is a great game, the plot really explodes your mind, but within the game itself, you are starting from one point, and ending on the other one, making no choices at all. Every act of free will is punished by “Subject: Terminated” and the GMan, rubbing his hands and calling on his friends from XEN. They did a great job at the plot, but they failed to encorporate the thing that really makes you worry and care for the characters in game. I am afraid it will be the same thing if they make the wrong choice with the person who will be doing that work in place of Chris.
