What do I do in the Air Filtration Control room ?

There's Jean Feure's computer in there, and Utilities-->Decontamination. I do not find any objective that has to do with this room. Maybe I arrived there prematurely, or there's an optional objective I failed to trigger ? Thanks.

Yes. I did the same, doesn't hurt to explore though.

I also explored that spot early (I suspect), except I could not get into one room. Ended up fixing everything that I suspected needed fixing, besides the window I broke. Hopefully my habit of wandering about sealing leaks and fixing up the station does not get me into trouble.... still have that broken control panel #19 in G.U.T.S. to fix up since I didn't have spare parts at the time.

You can use this function Utilities-->Decontamination in the following cases:

1 ) As far as I know for decontamination for shuttle bay area. 2) After Valter Dalh arriving he disable oxygen station service. With this function you can make him sleep easy without any stun ability or weapon.

Look ingame menu what your objective is, if you want you can choose other objective if there are more than 1.
