Why is this game so expensive here on Steam?

The deluxe edition of Prey is 17.26 on GOG. Here on steam it costs twice as much in my local currency (should be cheaper with regional pricing IMO)

You can buy the key from third party sites for extremely low prices. On instant gaming it's like 5 euros

It's the way Steam works- bigger base prices, but huge discounts pretty much every month. Anyway, this particular game is worth even the full steam price, I think.
