I had this issue in so many games, Finally found a solution. It invovles using QuickGamma to configure your color profile and then using Color Sustainer to associate that with the display.

There is a program called QuickGamma that will let you create a gamma file. It will save it to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Drivers\Color\, that file will work with Color Sustainer or Color Profile Keeper (Seperate programs).

Yo, Dampiel and Alt0153, I found a way to deal with this since it's been bugging me for ages. To get your gamma to stick what you've gotta do is change a graphics option that makes the game hang after applying it, change your gamma via Windows Color Calibration or whatever you're using, then alt-tab back to the game and don't alt tab back afterward. It makes the game forget to reset your gamma from then on, so long as you don't alt tab. Pain in the ass, but hey, it works.
