Need help finding keycard for Cargo Loading Access 01

I've searched everywhere in this bay and in the Shipping area, but I can't find the card to open the door to Bay 1 anywhere. Without it I can't find any way to get the turrets I am making inside to help with the fight.
The first time through it wasn't an issue because I could just toss the things up onto the catwalk, but I don't have that mod installed this time and can't hope to throw them far enough.

There's a bug here. You're supposed to kill all the Typhon in that room, then go up to the airlock. Austin Cool will then unlock it for you. If you jump up to the catwalk, he won't unlock the door. At all. In that case, just stun him and take the card off his body.

You dont have to throw them that far, one turret is in a cargo lift which will take it up to the top, you just need to put the broken turrett in their as well and use the cargo lift. I presume you got the 1st turret from the cargo hold but yes good tip about stunning as I have a pointer on him but nothing happens so will do that stun thing.
