Can't replay the other ending (Spoilers)

Hello guys i just finished the game and got "A Mind Without Limits" ending. I loaded my early save file and started the other quest where you must insert 2 activation keys and destroy Talos-1. When i arrived on bridge i saw Aleх and the corpse of January and the only option on screen was to activate Nullwave Transmitter. I loaded again, started the quest from beginning and saw that the keys were already in the reactor and the Nullwave Transmitter was the only option again. I loaded an even earlier save and saw that the Alpha typhon was already activated and his tentacles were literally everywhere although i didn't even speak with Aleх to trigger it. Is my game now corrupted and can't be played properly? Can i somehow fi it? Thank you in advance.

As far as I'm aware, the options are on two different screens. Nullwave is deployed from lower screen, self destruct is activated from screen in observation deck.

Alex/January face-off in I would assume the terminal for the most recently completed objective.
